a noble effort

ReactOS team has a noble cause at hand – liberating the world from Windows.

Sort of relief for the guys who are tired of windows, but still dependent on a plethora of applications that are only available on Windows.

ReactOS invested dozens of years in creating the basic framework. I really hope getting something better in store for me pretty soon, because I badly want to throw current computer OS of mine (a windows version, doesn’t matter which one: they all SUCK) into dustbin if a working alternative is available.

Their screenshots look more promising, so I need to tests a few complex windows applications on this OS and share the results. keep watching this space.

Linux has been a buzzword since its creation.

We love it because of the freedom, we love it for lesser viruses, we hate it for dearth of application programs, and a big lot of nerds is confused and spoiled by so many distributions available.

Between all this, are you curious what Linus Torvalds has to think about today’s situation of Linux?
